Saludos gente bella, Feliz lunes para cada uno de ustedes, hoy traigo una rica receta con solo 3 Ingredientes para los amantes del café en todas sus representaciones, una exquisita crema mágica de café!
Greetings beautiful people, Happy Monday to each of you, today I bring a rich recipe with only 3 Ingredients for coffee lovers in all its representations, an exquisite magic coffee cream!
Ingredientes
~20 gr de café soluble (instantáneo)
~ 120 gr de azúcar
~ 70 ml de agua fría.
Ingredients
~ 20 gr of soluble coffee (instant)
~ 120 g of sugar
~ 70 ml of cold water.
Paso a paso
1• En un bol agregue el azúcar, el café y el agua, revuelva con un tenedor hasta integrar todo.
2• Batir por 5 mn aproximadamente hasta que la mezcla aclare, espese y parezca un merengue.( Pruebe si esta bien de azúcar o agregue al gusto).
3• Coloque la mezcla en un manga pastelera y sirva en un vaso, agregue sirope de chocolate, trocitos de chocolate o chocolate en polvo si así lo desea ( opcional).
Step by Step
1 • In a bowl add the sugar, coffee and water, stir with a fork until everything is integrated.
2 • Beat for approximately 5 minutes until the mixture clears, thickens and resembles a meringue. (Taste for sugar or add to taste).
3 • Place the mixture in a pastry bag and serve in a glass, add chocolate syrup, chocolate chips or powdered chocolate if desired (optional).
