¡Hola hivers! Les traigo una receta fácil, económica, ideal para la merienda de la tarde y lo mejor es que no lleva harina, es decir: es libre de gluten.
Para la preparación necesitamos:

2 tazas de arroz

Estas las vamos a colocar en remojo por 12 horas con suficiente agua que lo cubra todo.

Pasado este tiempo lo colamos, lo lavamos y cuando esté bien seco lo agregamos a la licuadora junto con:
4 huevos
120ml de aceite vegetal
120ml de leche
1 taza de azúcar
Una cucharada de esencia de Vainilla

120ml milk
1 cup of sugar

Todo esto se licua por 8 minutos, al pasar este tiempo se le agrega una cucharadita de polvo de hornear y se licua por un minuto.

Luego esta mezcla se agrega en una bandeja engrasada con mantequilla y enharinada y lo llevamos al horno por 45min a una temperatura de 180°C

Pasado este tiempo ya tenemos el bizcocho listo, si lo quieren decorar o si quieren bañarlo con algún almíbar, espero puedan recrear esta receta
