[ESP/ENG] Torta húmeda de chocolate | Moist chocolate cake

Hola queridos Hivers, si son amantes del chocolate como yo les recomiendo esta receta, la preparación es sencilla pero el sabor es lo máximo.

Hello dear Hivers, if you are chocolate lovers like me, I recommend this recipe, the preparation is simple but the flavor is the best.

Vamos a necesitar:
3 tazas de harina de trigo
2 tazas de azúcar
2 y ½ cucharadita de bicarbonato
1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear
1 pizca de sal
1 pizca de canela en polvo
1 ½ taza de cacao
Todo esto lo vamos a tamizar en un recipiente grande.

We are going to need:
3 cups of wheat flour
2 cups of sugar
2 and ½ teaspoons of baking soda
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of ground cinnamon
1 ½ cup of cocoa
We are going to sift all of this into a large container.

Luego le agregamos:
1 ½ taza de aceite vegetal
2 tazas de leche
2 cucharaditas de vinagre
2 cucharaditas de esencia de vainilla
5 yemas (reservamos las claras aparte)
Y se mezcla todo.

Then we add:
1 ½ cup vegetable oil
2 cups of milk
2 teaspoons vinegar
2 teaspoons of vanilla essence
5 egg yolks (we reserve the whites separately)
And everything is mixed.

En un recipiente se baten las claras a punto de nieve con una taza de azúcar y esta mezcla la incorporamos con la anterior con espátula y sin batir mucho.

In a bowl, beat the whites to the point of snow with a cup of sugar and this mixture is incorporated with the previous one with a spatula and without beating much.

Lista la mezcla la ponemos en una bandeja engrasada con mantequilla y enharinada y la llevamos al horno por 1 hora a temperatura de 180°, en mi caso hice 2 tortas en bandejas pequeñas. La mezcla rinde bastante y sube mucho en el horno, por eso hay que tener cuidado en no llenar mucho las bandejas.
Pasado el tiempo hice la prueba con el espagueti y quedaron así de bellas

Ready the mixture we put it on a tray greased with butter and floured and we take it to the oven for 1 hour at a temperature of 180 °, in my case I made 2 cakes in small trays. The mixture yields a lot and rises a lot in the oven, so be careful not to fill the trays too much.
After time I did the test with the spaghetti and they were so beautiful

Para decorar usé: azúcar, cacao y fécula de maíz
Espero les haya gustado esta receta y la puedan recrear en casa.
