LET'S PACK THAT SMOKEHOUSE!

That's a lot of deliciousness!

A friend of mine recently showed some folks how to butcher chickens, and as payment they received seventeen birds. Rather than smoking a couple at a time at home on their grill-smoker, they thought they'd drop by here and fire up the big beast of a smoker we had built. Soon, we had the birds seasoned and smoking, and I tossed in some homemade salami and a carp for good measure. A smokehouse like this is not even close to being full, but it sure looks good and it is a lot of meat. Enjoy the photos!
