La arepa es símbolo de cultura y tradición. Los venezolanos consumimos la típica arepa desde la infancia y así, se ha llevado de generación en generación. El gusto y el alto consumo de este platillo es el origen de hasta frases coloquiales como "Fulano ha comido mucha arepa ya" (para afirmar que una persona ha vivido prolongados años). Más allá de solo un platillo, es manifestación de nuestras raíces.
