in Foodies Bee Hive4 years ago (edited)

Yesterday, I participated in an online cooking contest where the theme was Indomie Brand Noodles!

We are lucky here in my country that this brand is available in nearly all supermarkets/stores! They are actually one of my favorite dry noodles brand!

With that contest, I seized the opportunity to share the way I like to prepare my Indomie Noodles...Yeah, there will be a lot of steps in making it...but you'll not be disappointed once it's ready!!!

So let's go...let me show you my INDOMIE 2.0 - Hope you like it!

This is the way I usually make my Indomie Noodles...with the broth, lots of veggies, crispy tandoori chicken and fried egg...and of course topped with all the different sauces and seasonings that come together with your Indomie packet!

I bought the Hot & Spicy ones from the nearby supermarket!

Vegetables : Mushroom / Chives / Carrots / Cabbage / Red Cabbage / Bok Choy

One Egg and 1pcs Chicken filet which I marinated with tandoori spices and basil which will put in cornstarch then fry till crispy!

So you have the dried noodles and the different sauces and seasonings!

Soy Sauce / Seasoning Oil / Fried Onions / Seasoning Powder and Chili Powder!

And these are the veggies that will go into my noodles!

Fry the chicken until crispy!

  • Put the chicken filet in the cornstarch and fry until crispy!
  • Fry the egg depending on how you like it to be done!
  • Pan fry the mushroom and season lightly with salt and pepper!

Make a broth and boil the noodles!

I made a simple chicken broth(I added the Indomie Seasoning in) and cooked my Indomie Noodles in it for about 3 minutes!

Once cooked, I took it off the broth for cooking some vegetables in that same broth!

Cook the bok choy and carrots in that same broth!

Plating Time!!!

It's my habit to make things that I cook to look nice...always make it nice - never forget!

So I added some hot broth on the cooked noodles first...

Then I placed the crispy chicken filet and the different veggies and fried egg...

Once all elements were in my bowl...I put on all the rest of the seasonings that came with my noodles...
