Tiramisu’
1 pack of Italian lady fingers
1 cup of heavy cream
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon liquor
1 container of mascarpone 8 oz
1 cup half strong coffee
1 pyrex 8x8.

Start whipping the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla for about 2 minutes, until soft peaks form.
Add the mascarpone and the liquor (you could add a little more).
Beat for 2 more minutes.
Start lining the cookies in the pan.
With a spoon, pour coffe on them.
Then spread the whipped cream.
Layer more cookies, more cream and top it with cocoa powder.
Leave it in the fridge for at least a couple of hours before serving.
