Hi!
Welcome to my blog.
This recipe is easy peasy since the meat is purchased previously cut. I made it for the first time recently and I was delighted with the taste and my family loved it too. We don't usually eat a lot of meat so when we do we like to serve it with some vegetables, that's why this is an excellent option.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 or 2 potatoes peeled and chopped into cubes
- 1 onion previously chopped
- Leek previously chopped
- various pieces of garlic
- vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper
Difficulty: Easy - Cooking time: 30 min
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix the meat with the already chopped potatoes, onion, garlic, and leek in a bowl.
- Add the salt and taste the salt to your preference.
- Add the pepper and mix.
- Place the frying pan over high heat and add a little vegetable oil.
- Stir until all the vegetables are sauteed.
- Lower the heat to medium and cover.
- Check the cooking and if necessary add a little water so that the meat does not dry out completely.
ADITIONAL NOTES
I usually keep a jar of vegetable oil with peeled garlic stored in my fridge. This allows the oil to absorb the flavor of the garlic and not only helps me cook my food, but also adds flavor to it.
Thank you so much for stopping by. See you in the upcoming #easypeasy.
With love,

¡Hola!
Bienvenidos a mi blog.
Rima
