I am happy to see you in my blogpost.
This is another food/cooking blog.
This time it is about Moglai.
About Moglai:
It's a fast food made with mainly wheat and egg.
It's a famous food of our country.
Ingredients:.
- Flour
- Oil
- Salt
- Egg
- Onion
- Green Chili
Ingredients (Visible):.
Steps:
I had to made the flour ready at first.
Then I gave pressure on the flour and gave a thin shape.
Then I mixed the egg with onion and green chili.
Then I poured the egg mix on the flour.
And then I constipated them.
Then I made poured some oil on a pan and made the oil hot.
I poured the thing on the hot oil.
Then it was getting fried.
I overturned it for several times until it fried properly.
After a moment... it's finished.
I had to cut it in to several pieces and then I added tomato sauce.
