Sukiyaki Stir Fried Noodle - Thailand Street Food 🇹🇭

Today I would like to share with you an idea to make a Sukiyaki Stir Fried Noodle which is one of a very popular dish for Thailand street food. Thai Sukiyaki is a wok fried of glass noodles with meat, vegetable and chili sauce.

🇹🇭 Thailand Street food is worldwide well known because it's a quick meal, delicious and cheap which there are many kinds of food to taste and try.

 

🇹🇭 Stir fried sukiyaki adapts from the hot pot sukiyaki and also got the influence from Japanese cuisine but it's totally difference from the original and completely Thai Style because of the unique sauce which is spicy, sweet and salty.
 

This recipe is easy, quick, not complicated instruction and reflect Thai culture street food via this dish. It's a magical to adapts the food from fancy restaurant to local street food.

Ingredients

 

  • 100 Gram of Glass Noodle
  • 50 Gram of Squid (boiled)
  • 50 Gram of Shrimp
  • 50 Gram of Chicken
  • 50 Gram of Crab Stick
  • 50 Gram of Morning Glory
  • 50 Gram of Napa Cabbage
  • 100 Gram of White Chimeji Mushroom
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tablespoon of Vegetable Oil

Ingredients for Thai Suki sauce

(Ready Thai Sukiyaki Sauce can be buy form local Asian market)

  • 2 Tablespoon of Red Fermented Bean Curd
  • 1 Tablespoon of Pickled Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoon of Oyster Sauce
  • 3 Tablespoon of Chili Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon of Sesame Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon of Sesame
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon of chili
  • 1 tablespoon of Lime
     

Instructions for Thai suki sauce.

 

  • Mixing all the sauce, garlic, chili, lemon and sesame together and set aside.

Instructions

 

  • Heat a wok to medium-high then add oil, chopped garlic and chili.
  • Add chicken and seafood after the garlic turn to yellow gold.
  • Stir everything quickly Until the meat cooked then move the seafood aside to avoid overcooked.

  • Add all the veggie to the the wok.

  • Stir the veggie until its cook and add glass noodle, egg, suki sauce and the seafood then stir them well.

Turn off the stove and serve immediately.
