Hola amigos lectores, el día de hoy les estaré presentando un delicioso y muy provocativo pasapalo. Son unos ricos mini tequeños, no te pierdas el paso a paso y cuéntame que tal te pareció la receta.
The ingredients I used for these mini tequeños were the following:
Wheat flour.
Cheese.
Oil.
As for the utensils I used:
A frying pan
A rolling pin.
Los ingredientes que utilice para estos mini tequeños fueron los siguientes:
Harina de trigo.
Queso.
Aceite.
En cuanto a los utensilios utilice:
Un sartén para freír.
Un rodillo.
The first thing I did was to prepare a rich and very soft dough, where first placed the water, then a little salt and sugar to taste, taking into account that after having these ingredients stir and proceed to place the wheat flour, knead little by little and will handle the elasticity and softness of this mixture, placing finally a little margarine, then continue kneading and finish leaving the dough to rest in a covered container with a cloth cloth.
Lo primero que hice fue preparar una rica y muy suave masa, dónde primero colocó el agua, luego un poco de sal y azúcar al gusto, teniendo en cuenta que luego de tener estos ingredientes se revuelve y se procede a colocarle la harina de trigo, se amasa poco a poco y se va manejando la elasticidad y suavidad de esta mezcla, colocándole por último un poco de margarina, seguidamente se continúa sobando y finalizamos dejando reposar la masa en un envase tapado con un paño de tela.
Once the dough is ready, proceed to roll it out with a rolling pin until it reaches the desired size.
Luego de tener la masa lista se procede a estirar con el rodillo, hasta que la misma este totalmente con el tamaño deseado.
In this step after having the dough ready, it is grabbed and cut with a knife into strips.
En este paso luego de tener la masa lista se agarra y se cortan con un cuchillo en tirillas.
Cut the pieces of cheese vertically and roll them up until they are completely covered, as you can see in the pictures.
Cortamos los trozos de queso en forma vertical y vamos enrollando hasta dejar totalmente cubierto el mismo, así como lo pueden observar en las imágenes.
Take the mini tequeño after it is well covered and place it on the table or counter where it is being made and rub it as you can see in the image.
Se agarra el mini tequeño luego de estar bien cubierto y en la mesa o mesón dónde lo estén haciendo lo soban de la manera que podrán observar en la imagen.
Repeat the process again and our mini tequeños are ready, here I will leave some pictures in a plate already finished.
Se vuelve a repetir el proceso y listos nuestros mini tequeños, acá les dejaré unas fotos en un plato ya terminados.
Once finished, fry in the pan and then enjoy these delicious and crunchy pasapalos.
