Today was a pure south Indian breakfast day.
Mom makes the dosa in a different way adding some masala and curry leaves to the batter. It tastes amazing just like that.
But, we are southies and so prefer a slight gravy or chutney along side it..

I love dosa ! or at least, I used to. They are my favorite brunch.
I'm not a big fan of dosa but it's filling when we have it.
