A todos nos encanta comer y probar cosas nuevas deliciosas. Pero obviamente, tenemos nuestras favoritas así que me animé a realizar está iniciativa de @yolimarag e invitó a mi amigo @franconav para que también nos digas sus comidas favoritas.

La cachapa-The cachapa
La Cachapa es una torta fina de maíz molido, con queso y papelón (o azúcar), cocida en budare; es conocida en toda Venezuela pero se consume más en la región central. Esa dulzona y maravillosa transformación del maíz en forma de torta fina y redonda suele acompañarse con un buen "queso e´ mano" y untarse con mantequilla.enlace
De verdad que este plato es divino, es mi favorito por su sabor exquisito y su contextura suavecita. Podría comerme varias, a mi parecer es el mejor plato que tiene nuestro país y nos representa muchísimo. Además que al hacerlas es una buena actividad para realizar en familia ya que lleva un proceso un poco largo que entre varios es mejor, disfruto mucho esos momentos.
Cachapa is a fine cake of ground corn, with cheese and papelón (or sugar), cooked in budare; it is known throughout Venezuela but is consumed more in the central region. This sweet and wonderful transformation of corn into a fine round cake is usually accompanied with a good "queso e' mano" and spread with butter. Link
This dish is truly divine, it is my favorite because of its exquisite flavor and soft texture. I could eat several, in my opinion it is the best dish that our country has and it represents us very much. Besides making them is a good activity to do with the family because it takes a little long process that is better among several people, I really enjoy those moments.
El pasticho-The pasticho
Este delicioso plato hecho de capas de pasta, carne, salsas y entre otras cosas que casi nadie se podría resistir ante el. Aunque sea de origen italiano es muy muy típico acá en Venezuela y hasta creamos nuestros propios tipos de pastichos, me encanta comerlo porque al probarlo sientes una gran explosión de sabores en tu boca.
This delicious dish made of layers of pasta, meat, sauces and other things that almost no one could resist. Although it is of Italian origin it is very very typical here in Venezuela and we even create our own types of pastichos, I love to eat it because when you taste it you feel a great explosion of flavors in your mouth.
Torta tres leches-Three milks cake
Consiste en un bizcocho bañado con tres tipos de leche: leche evaporada, crema de leche y leche condensada, que le dan su nombre. Suele acompañarse con un merengue de claras de huevo y con cerezas al marraschino y espolvoreado con canela en polvo. enlace
Lo dulce no es mucho lo mío, pero si hablamos de esta torta podría comerme una entera yo sola. La mamá de mi mejor amigo hace las mejores pero me gustaría aprender a hacerla para consentirme yo misma.

Sweet isn't really my thing, but if we're talking about this cake I could eat a whole one by myself. My best friend's mom makes the best ones but I'd like to learn how to make it to spoil myself.
