Ingredients
Luffa acutangula 800 grams
Mrinal fish 8 pieces
Water as needed
Tumaric 2 spoons
Salt 2 spoons
Cumin 7 grams
Onion 1 piece
Garlic 1 piece
Bay leaves 3 pieces
At first I removed Luffa acutangula shells . After that I had cut
Luffa acutangula veg slicely. I cut green chilli , onion and garlic .
I removed mrigal fish shells . I had cut mrigal fish . I washed mrigal fish with water . I mixed tumaric and salt with mrigal fish .
When mustrad oil is hot in pan , i fried mrigal fish . After frying fish ,I picked fry fish from pan . I fried
Luffa acutangula sometimes . I mixed tumaric ,salt and green chilli with water . I boiled sometimes . After that I admixed mrigal fish . After 3 minutes boiling ,I picked up this curry from pan.
I fried onion ,garlic . I mixed cumin paste ,bay leaves in this curry . I provided this curry in pan. I boiled this curry 8 minutes . Thus I had made
Luffa acutangula and mrigal fish curry recipe .
