Why Afang soup || My favorite traditional food in my country || Nigeria

My favorite traditional food is Afang soup
Afang soup is a soup loved by all who taste it before of its different in taste from others traditional soup.

Ingredients for preparation of Afang soup

  • Water leaf
  • Afang leaf
  • Palm oil
  • Meat
  • Stock fish
  • Periwinkle
  • Pepper and Clay fish

Below are the few details on how my favorite traditional food is being prepared

First you wash your water leaf and cut it into small pieces.

Pound your Afang leaf after you finish cutting it into smaller pieces.

Then put your water leaf inside your pot and burn it on the fire

After that you put your ingredients like maggi, salts, Palm oil, pepper, Clay fish 🐟 and stock fish.

After that you left it on the fire for some minutes before putting your Afang, when you put your Afang your stir your soup and then taste it.

Wow your Afang soup is really.
It's not hard to prepare Afang soup.
Afang soup is a Nigeria (ibiono) traditional food.

Afang soup is my favorite traditional food because of its taste, it's has a different taste from other traditional food. It's very delicious if you prepare it well and right way too.

Conclusion

When it's comes to Afang soup the taste is the difference that's why it's my favorite traditional food.
