Hello friends!
Black sea has a famous dish. It is called a mıhlama or a kuymak.
We came to my aunt for breakfast this morning. I haven't seen my aunts and cousins for a long time because of the corona. There is a two hour distance between us. We set off early in the morning. My cousin and aunt prepared a nice breakfast.
It needs to be eaten hot. So we cooked with my cousin. Now let's go to the recipe.
Ingredients for mıhlama;
•butter
•corn flour
•cecil cheese
•water
•salt
First we melt the butter.
Then we add corn flour into melted butter.
We need to roast corn flour well.
We cook it by adding water little by little.
We add salt and cheese in the last. We mix until the cheese melts.
Mıhlama is ready!
We put butter on it while putting it on the table.
Bon appetit!
Buenísimo gracias por la receta, feliz día.
Gracias! 😊

Looks like a good cheese sauce. Do you use this as a dip?
