Ingredientes:
1/2 Taza de papelón rayado 1/3 Taza de agua
-1 cucharada de margarina o mantequilla
-1 chorrito de esencia de vainilla (opcional)
-1/2 Taza de maíz de cotufas o palomitas de maiz.
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup of striped paper 1/3 Cup of water
-1 tablespoon of margarine or butter
-1 dash of vanilla essence (optional)
-1/2 Cup of popcorn or popcorn corn .
PREPARACIÓN:
En una olla colocar el papelón, el agua y la mantequilla; dejar hervir unos minutos hasta fundir todos los ingredientes y espesar un poco (cuidado con dejar quemar).
In a saucepan place the paper, the water and the butter; let it boil for a few minutes until all the ingredients melt and thicken a little (be careful not to let it burn) .
Colocar el maiz de cotufa en una sarten con aceite. Yo voy agregando de a poco poco asi me salen todas las cotufas.
Place the cotufa corn in a pan with oil. I'm adding little by little so all the popcorn comes out .
Retirar del fuego y añadir la vainilla mezclar muy bien. Bañar las cotufas con el caramelo, remover, dejar enfriar y a disfrutar.
Remove from the heat and add the vanilla, mix very well. Bathe the popcorn with the caramel, stir, let cool and enjoy .
