French fries is the most loved dish for all age groups but you can’t have them all the time. Here’s an easy and comparatively healthier option that won’t make you guilt ridden. Let’s see how we make it.

Ingredients
250 gms baby potatoes,
salt,
chilli flakes,
oregano,
2 tbsp butter,
3-4 chopped garlic cloves
Recipe
Step 1: wash the baby potatoes very nicely to ensure there is no dust at all. Cut the baby potatoes into equal halves.
Step 2: take the cut potatoes in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, red chilli flakes, oregano and mix well.
Step 3: Add 2 tbsp melted butter and mix well. You can choose to take unsalted butter according to your taste.
Step 4: Pre heat the oven at 180 degree Celsius.
Step 6: Now place the potatoes in the oven over a butter paper and let them cook for about 30 minutes.
Step 7: Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
