Sprouts Salad Recipe!

Sprout salad is a very easy, tasty and healthy recipe. It is a low fat, vegan recipe infact. This is made using moong dal sprouts and is a wholesome meal for those who need a quick & easy meal. Although you can get ready-made sprouted moong beans from the market. But it is always better and healthy to sprout moong beans at home. I’ve added vegetables as per my taste, you can choose to add other veggies and fruits as well. Let’s see how we make it.

Simple but delicious, and these sprouts are definitely a little tastier if we can sprout the moong beans at home. A nice kachumber or salad is much-needed with a spicy dish, but this salad would be nice all by itself too.
