From yesterday the Indian Government announced "Lock Down" in our locality. It's a very boring time we're now passing. However, I'm trying to make myself busy to cook delicious dishes. Today, I'm here, now going to share another super duper delicious recipe "Malabar Spinach with Mud Crab". This dish is very popular among the whole Bengal. Also, it's one of the most favourite dish of mine.

- Malabar spinach -500 gm β£οΈ
- Mud crab-2 pcs β£οΈ
- Potato -1 pc β£οΈ
- Salt- 2 teaspoons β£οΈ
- Turmeric powder -2 teaspoons β£οΈ
- Cumin powder -1 teaspoon β£οΈ
- Cumin seed-1/2 teaspoon β£οΈ
- Green chili - 4 pcs β£οΈ
- Vegetable oil-3 teaspoons β£οΈ

Mud Crab
Vegetable Oil, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Cumin Seed, Cumin Powder & Green Chili
Crab, Potatoes & Malabar Spinach
ββ ::Preparation Method:: ββ
- At first I cut the mud crab into pieces & clean very well.
- Then I cut the Malabar spinach & potato in medium size pieces.
- After that I wash these vegetables very well. Heat 3 spoons of oil in a pan and add cumin seeds in the oil. Then fry the crabs and potatoes for 5 minutes.
- Pour 3 cups water. After the water is boiled put the spinach in it. Now add salt to taste and 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder. After boiling for 10 minutes add 1 spoon of Cumin powder.
- Now the spinach crab curry is ready.

Pour Oil into Fry Pan
Add Cumin Seed in the Oil & Fry
Fry crab
Add Potatoes
Pour Water
Add Malabar Spinach, Turmeric Powder, Cumin Powder, Green Chilies & Cover the Pan with lid.
