The eggplant devilled is perfect for everyday food as well as special occasions.

How are you, Everyone in this world is so beautiful.We can look at him or her differently depending on how we look at him or her.The more human qualities he has, the more beautiful he or she is to me. May such people meet you / me today.I say welcome to such a beautiful day and I like to share with you an eggplant devilled.Of course this dish is very tasty. Let's see how to make this eggplant devilled.

Ingredients;

  • Two medium-sized eggplant of average size
  • 100ml of oil
  • An egg

  • A large onion cut into pieces
  • A carrot cut lengthwise
  • Two raw chilli pods cut to size
  • Tomatoes cut into squares
  • Chopped ginger and garlic
  • Atablespoon of tomato sauce
  • Two tablespoons of soya sauce
  • A tblespoon of chilli pieces
  • A teaspoon of salt powder
  • One and half teaspoon of sugar

The method of making;

Break the egg and put it in a bowl. Add half a teaspoon of salt to it. Then mix.

Cut eggplant into round shapes.

Dip eggplant in the prepared egg mixture.

Heat oil in a pan and add eggplant.Fry well until golden brown.

Fry the eggplant and heat two tablespoons of the remaining oil in another pan.Add the crushed ginger and garlic.

Add one tablespoon of tomato sauce, two tablespoons of soya sauce, one teaspoon of salt and one and a half teaspoons of sugar.

Now add the chopped carrots, big onions, green chillies and tomatoes.

Add the fried eggplant.

Mix everything is well.

Add the chilli pieces and mix well.Then remove from the heat.

The eggplant devilled is done and finished.Now is the time to taste.
