Hi Guys !
Today's recipe video is on how I prepared this following dish, that I don't really know how to call it or title it or name it 🤣 I mix-matched a Hungarian dish, called fozelek (stew), with Indonesian style meatballs, called bakso. So...guess it's Veggie Stew with Meatballs? 😁😉😁😉
It is only basing on fozelek though as normally it is veggies only (green beans or wax beans only) or beans only, but today I added carrots, potatoes, and served it with tomato buns which recipe I shared yesterday 😉
2 cans green beans, drain, rinse
15 baby carrots
6-8 baby potatoes
1/2 of a small onion
4-5 garlic
20 bakso (meatballs)
2 Knorr cubes
Mushroom granules, Vegeta powder, to enhance flavor
Enough water for the pot
Roux
1/2 c flour
Enough water
1 tsp paprika powder
Sour cream for serving
