En esta oportunidad, les muestro como hacer una nutritiva ensalada fresca con nueces y brotes, acompañada de un rico salmón, si tengo que describir esta ensalada les puedo decir todas las virtudes que tiene, es muy fácil de preparar, fresca, colorida, saludable, muy deliciosa, y sobre todo excelente para el almuerzo, el salmón además de ser rico en proteínas nos aporta muchas vitaminas y omega 3.

Ingredietes || Ingredients:

Lechuga, tomate, cebolla, cebollín, pimentón, nueces, pepino, queso, brotes germinados, salmón, vinagre, aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta al gusto


Lettuce, tomato, onion, scallion, bell pepper, walnuts, cucumber, cheese, sprouts, salmon, vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.

Paso a paso de esta nutritiva receta||Step by step of this nutritious recipe:
Para la preparación de esta nutritiva ensalada, lo primero que hago es cortar la cebolla, el cebollín, tomate y pepino en juliana y en un plato estos ingredientes los voy intercalando con la lechuga.
To prepare this nutritious salad, the first thing I do is to cut the onion, chives, tomato and cucumber in julienne strips and in a plate these ingredients with the lettuce. and on a plate I intersperse them with the lettuce.


Seguido agrego las nueces, el pimentón cortado en juliana y queso cortados en láminas muy delgadas.

Then I add the walnuts, the paprika cut in julienne strips and cheese cut in very thin slices.


Ahora lavo los brotes de germinados y los escurro para luego agregárselos a la preparación y aderezo con aceite de oliva, vinagre, sal y pimienta al gusto.
Now I wash the sprouts and drain them and then add them to the preparation and season with olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.

Para el salmón lo sazono con sal y pimienta, en un sartén agrego aceite y lo pongo a freir hasta que esté bien doradito y lo agrego a mi ensalada y listo a degustar de un delicioso y nutritivo almuerzo.
For the salmon I season it with salt and pepper, in a pan I add oil and fry it until it is golden brown, then I add it to my salad and ready to enjoy a delicious and nutritious lunch.
