Have you ever tried risol? Food with vegetable filling rolled in flour dough baked in Teflon? If you haven't tried it, let's make it together.
This time I made risol filled with egg, sausage, mayonnaise and chili sauce. The following ingredients are needed.
LAYER INGREDIENTS
- 500 gr flour
- 60 gr tapioca flour
- 4 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 egg white (set aside egg yolks for dipping)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon of broth powder
- Water 1100-1200 ml
- Bread flour to taste
INGREDIENTS CONTENTS
- 4 boiled eggs
- 4 fried sausages
- Mayonnaise
- Chili sauce / tomato sauce
First mix into one layer of dough and mix well until the dough is sufficient, not runny and not too thick. Let stand for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Then heat the non-sticky Teflon, after hot pour the dough into the Teflon and wait for it to cook.
After cooking remove and do the same thing until the dough runs out. Set aside a little dough for the adhesive and dipping ingredients.
Continue to make content. Prepare all the filling ingredients then cut the eggs and sausages into 8 pieces.
Prepare the layers and add the filling ingredients one by one until all the ingredients run out. Don't forget to glue the last roll to make it strong.
After that, dip the dipped dough risol roll, how to make a dipping dough by mixing the layer dough with egg yolk and mix well then add 50ml of water.
After dipping the risol roll then coat the rolls with breadcrumbs and fry until browned.
Risol mayo is ready to be served.
