Mayonesa de Mango - Mango Mayonnaise

El mango es una de esas frutas que se da en grandes cantidades, actualmente esta de temporada, así que debemos aprovechar sus grandes beneficio, lo mejor de todo que esta fruta combina la perfección con dulce y salado.

Con su sabor entre dulce, ácido y picante, es ideal para un buen pan crujiente, hasta un pollo frito.

Ingredientes:

• 3 Mangos.
• 4 Ajís.
• 1 Cebolla..
• 3 dientes de ajo.
• 1 taza de aceite.
• Sal.

Elaboración

Para preparar la mayonesa de mango es tan sencillo y muy económica, se cortan los ajís, les dejes las semillas para obtener el picante, se cortan la cebolla, se corta los 3 mango sin piel, y los 3 dientes de ajos.

Todos los ingredientes los colocamos en la licuadora, con la mitad de la taza de aceite.

Luego licuamos y vamos agregando la otra mitad de la taza de aceite poco a poco.
