I decided to try out quite simple oatmeal and oat flour cookies. Now time for the baking in oven.
I changed the recipe a bit to my own liking. Next time I would add more oatmeals and less oat flour. Looking really good.
They tasted very good for the first try, just a bit dry 😀 next time more butter.
All gone now.
