Feliz inicio de semana tengan todos mis queridos amigos bienvenidos una vez más a mi blog espero tengan un bonito día y puedan disfrutar de esta nutritiva y reconfortante sopa de pescado que ayuda mucho a nuestro organismo pues contiene vitaminas y minerales que fortalecen nuestro sistema.

Happy beginning of the week to all my dear friends, welcome once again to my blog. I hope you have a nice day and enjoy this nutritious and comforting fish soup that helps our body a lot because it contains vitamins and minerals that strengthen our system.

Ingredientes: 1 kg de pescado lamparosa, 2 kg de verduras: yuca, auyama, cambur verde, ocumo, batata, pimentón, ají, ajo, aceite, sal y limón.

Ingredients: 1 kg of lamparosa fish, 2 kg of vegetables: yucca, auyama, green cambur, ocumo, sweet potato, paprika, chili, garlic, oil, salt and lemon.

Preparación iniciamos está receta limpiando nuestro pescado muy bien para luego cortarlo en varios pedazos y sazonarlo con un poco de sal y ajo seguidamente lo llevaremos a sofreír en el sartén con un poco de aceite y reservamos.

Preparation we start this recipe by cleaning our fish very well and then cut it into several pieces and season it with a little salt and garlic, then we will fry it in a frying pan with a little oil and set aside.

Luego pelamos y picamos las verduras en trozos medianos para llevarlos a una olla con suficiente agua agregándole un poco de sal y dejando cocinar para incorporarle nuestros aliños como cebolla, ají, ajo , dejando que se integre en todos los sabores luego de 15 minutos pinchamos las verduras y al estar cocidas agregamos el pescado dejamos cocinar por 10 minutos más para concentrar los sabores finalizando con un chorrito de aceite y al apagar agregamos un chorrito de limón y está sopa está lista para disfrutar un platos con mucho sabor auténtico de mi pueblo.

Then we peel and chop the vegetables into medium pieces to take them to a pot with enough water adding a little salt and letting it cook to incorporate our seasonings such as onion, chili, garlic, leaving it to integrate all the flavors after 15 minutes we prick the vegetables and when cooked add the fish let it cook for 10 minutes more to concentrate the flavors ending with a drizzle of oil and turn off add a squeeze of lemon and is ready to enjoy a dish with lots of authentic flavor of my people.
