hola mi gente querida de esta comunidad de Hive en esta oportunidad quiero participar en este concurso de las bebidas tradicionales presentando una rica receta de una bebida conocida como Cocada realizada desde mi hogar, la cual es una bebida tradicional en mi estado aunque actualmente se le agrega ingredientes opcionales como lo son la leche condensada y las lluvias de colores.
Esta es una bebida dulce y refrescante que se prepara principalmente con el coco, muy consumidas en las zonas costeras del oriente ,por lo tanto en mis viajes a margarita lugar donde probé por primera vez esta bebida.
Hello my dear people of this Hive community in this opportunity I want to participate in this contest of traditional drinks presenting a rich recipe for a drink known as Cocada made from my home, which is a traditional drink in my state although currently optional ingredients such as condensed milk and colored rains are added.
This is a sweet and refreshing drink that is prepared mainly with coconut, very consumed in the coastal areas of the east, therefore in my trips to Margarita place where I first tried this drink.
Ingredientes: coco , agua de coco , leche , azúcar ,leche condensada, lluvia de colores,
Ingredients: coconut, coconut water, milk, sugar, condensed milk, rain of colors,
pasos :se pica el coco en pequeños trozitos y se coloca en la licuadora, luego se le hecha el agua de coco , la azúcar , la leche y se licua por varios minutos, ya a estar batido se le coloca bastante hielo en cubito y se vuelve a licuar, después se coloca en un vaso y se le echa leche condensada y para darle un poco mas de sabor y alegría le eche lluvia de colores
steps: chop the coconut into small pieces and place it in the blender, then add the coconut water, sugar, milk and blend for several minutes, once the coconut is blended, add ice cubes and blend again, then place it in a glass and pour condensed milk and to give it a little more flavor and joy, add rain of colors.
