Hola querida comunidad espero se encuentren genial,el día domingo estuve compartiendo un poco con la familia, hicimos carne asada, tostones y por supuesto mi especialidad la ensalada de repollo.

Es una receta sencilla pero que aporta armonía al paladar

Repollo
Zanahorias
Cebolla
Cilantro
Mayonesa
Mostaza
Vinagre

Ahora si vamos al proceso, esta ensalada la hice con lo que había en casa, pero las cantidades traté de que fuese equilibrado

Lo primero que hice fue picar en tiras en el repollo morado, generalmente uso dos tipos, pero estaba solo tenía este morado, para colocarlo en agua hirviendo por varios como por 10 minutos con una cucharada de vinagre

Luego pelé la zanahoria y utilice un rallador para que quedara así de fina, también corte la cebolla en cuadros pequeños y el Cilantro lo corte bastante chiquito
Then I peeled the carrot and used a grater to make it that fine, I also cut the onion into small squares and the Cilantro was cut quite small
Ahora agregué la mayonesa, también agregue una cucharadita de sal y de azúcar

Y por último pero muy importante un toque de mostaza y pimienta
And last but very important a touch of mustard and pepper
