Queridos amigos amantes de la comida, para los que ya me han leído, saben que soy 100% fanática de los dulces, así que esta vez traigo una receta de un bizcocho sin batidora o licuadora

De pequeña hacía torta casi que a diario jajaja, y me quedaban buenas. Hoy recordé esta receta y los pasos por eso quiero compartirlos aqui

250 gr de harina de trigo leudante
200 gr azucar
2 cucharadas grandes de mantequilla

En una taza coloque las 2 cucharadas de mantequilla a temperatura ambiente y le agregue la mitad de la azúcar para mezclar bien, luego tenerla mezclada termine de colocar la azúcar restante

Va a quedar como una masa, y a esto le vamos agregar 2 huevos y la vamos a mezclar muy bien

A esto le vamos a agregar vainilla y empezamos a agregar la harina de trigo poco a poco

Procedemos a colocar la leche en nuestra mezcla,y unimos todo. Pará terminar y dependiendo de la consistencia agregamos un poco más de harina y vainilla sin son necesarias, la ralladura de limón es opcional, pero realmente da un toque armónico de sabores

Termine colocando la mezcla en un molde enharinada y lo lleve al horno por 45 minutos a 300 grados Celsius
