Black Forest cake

This cake is one of the easiest to prepare for me, as well as one of the refreshing ones for warm days, because it is eaten when it is cold.

Biscuit
6 eggs
15 grams of sugar
60 grams of density
1 baking powder

Make a Biscuit Beat eggs with sugar in solid snow, add flour and baking powder, mix and place in a baking tray to bake at 200 degrees, so make 3 crusts, when the crusts have cooled, pour all 3 crusts with cherry juice.

Put sour cherry sugar in a bowl, cook a little for 5 minutes, then put the stock and cook a little more, remove from the heat for about 2 to 3 minutes and leave to cool a little.

Separately whisk the sweet sour cream into the solid snow

Divide the cherry filling in half
They put cherry filling over the soaked crust and over one third of sour cream and peel, and so on.

And from above the same white filling can be applied, optionally grated chocolate or cherries or, if desired, decoration
