Buenas tardes comunidad de Hive.

En esta ocasión quiero mostrarles mi actividad de hoy, la cual consiste en la preparación de una rica, deliciosa y nutritiva chicha de maíz blanco con queso y canela.

Es muy sencilla de hacer y con pocos ingredientes.

Manos al maíz!

This time I want to show you my activity for today, which consists in the preparation of a rich, delicious and nutritious white corn chicha with cheese and cinnamon.

Lavé el maíz

Llevé a la cocina el maíz

I took the corn to the kitchen

Transcurrido el tiempo de cocción , dejé enfriar el maíz y después lo muelo en el molino.

Once the cooking time has elapsed, I let the corn cool and then grind it in the mill.

Después de moler llevo la masa a la licuadora y le agrego la misma agua donde lo sancoché

After grinding, I take the mass to the blender and add the same water where I parboiled it.

Finalmente agregué el azúcar, la canela, rallé el queso y listo! una deliciosa y nutritiva chicha para disfrutar en compañía de nuestra familia.
