Korean Drama lovers, up your hands?
Did you know that in Korean Drama their did delivery and that was a noodles with black sauce. When They mix the black sauce, it's literally appetizing. Then the sounds like 'slurp', make everyone's salive get down.
Even I can feel my saliva now, hahaha...
I'll telling you what kind of food is that.
Let's get it!
I know this kind of food by watched Korean Dramas. They have always captured this food in few scenes in drama. I don't thought that was an exposure cause in a reality show, korean peoples really like this food.
In my opinion, that was one of favourite food in korean.
That was a Jjajangmyeon, Jjajang it's means fried suace, and myeon was noodles. So, Jjajangmyeon is a noodles with fried sauce, or black sauce.
Actually, Jjajangmyeo was a kind of chinese food. The original name was Zhajiangmian, it's literally same pronounce as Jjajangmyeon.
In Beijing, the original Jjajangmyeon is served with variety of sauce with more pork than the korean variety which uses a lot of seafood. Jjajangmyeon and Zhajiangmian alswo have almost the same sauce composition, but the Jjajangmyeon sauce is thicker and darker.
The picture above of Jjajangmyeon was made by myself. It's contain with potatoes and meat. My Jjajangmyeon didn't contain a pork meat like original version, cause I love Halal food. So I have replaced non halal ingredients with halal ingredients. Hehehe
This post won't be recipe post but I promise will post the recipe when I have time to recook Jjajangmyeon. It was easy recipes you can do too. It will be in next post.
