In Indonesia, just like chicken, the duck was also popular. And did you know that there's a delicious culinary named Nasi Bebek?!
Nasi Bebek was contains with Rice and the duck rendang. The most popular Nasi Bebek is Nasi Bebek Madura. Madura is one of the areas in Indonesia that has special culinary. Nasi Bebek Madura has a delicious taste and the typical duck meat which is also known to be tender. But, You didn't have to go to Madura to eat Nasi Bebek Madura.
In Jakarta, how many restaurant that provide or sell Nasi Bebek Madura, and it's my favorite. You alsa can find it as street food like Pecel Ayam that last week I've shared.

Actually he's younger than me, but we are have same hobby so we met and several times hangout and did something fun.
Okay, back to the Nasi Bebek Hitam Madura Bang Roni. Roni was running a culinary business in online market called Gojek. He have no a restaurant yet. He's just run his business in Gojek and I seen that his food really full of demand.
If you were in Jakarta, you can ordering on Gojek. Today they have promo discount delivery.

Because the Nasi Bebek Hitam Madura was a special menu, these dish kinda expensive than the dish that have chicken. If Nasi Ayam (The Chicken Rice) has price arround IDR 20.000, Nasi Bebek was has price arround IDR 25.000 - 27.000. You can see in the photo above.
Nasi Bebek Hitam Madura Bang Roni was delicious and I always order when I want to eat duck. I recommend to you!
