Hoy me complace en presentar una receta fácil de unas deliciosas cachapas con queso y aguacate para mi desayuno. La cachapa es una de las delicias de nuestra gastronomía a mí me encanta comer este plato en mi desayuno, es como torta delgada realizada con el maíz tierno molido y cocinada en el budare, o sartén. Me encanta rellenarla con queso a mí me gusta una pizca de dulce, además es muy nutritivo nos aporta proteínas cada vez que pienso en una Cachapa recuerdo mi niñez cuando mi madre me la preparaba con maíz pilado.
Today I am pleased to present an easy recipe for some delicious cachapas with cheese and avocado for my breakfast. The cachapa is one of the delicacies of our gastronomy I love to eat this delicacy everything is like a thin cake made with ground baby corn and cooked in the budare, or pan I love to fill it with cheese I like a pinch of sweet, it is also very nutritious provides us with protein every time I think of a Cachapa I remember my childhood when my mother prepared it with corn pilado.
1 sobre de harina de cachapa
2 tazas de leche liquida
2 cucharadas de aceite o mantequilla
Queso Guayanés
1 aguacate
1 sachet of cachapa flour
2 cups of liquid milk
2 tablespoons of oil or butter
Guayanes cheese
1 avocado
- Primero preparamos la leche, coloque dos tazas de agua y 3 cucharadas de leche en polvo y mezcle.
First we prepare the milk, place two cups of water and 3 tablespoons of powdered milk and mix.
- Después agregamos las cucharadas de aceite, también podemos agregar mantequilla derretida y mezclar bien.
Then add the tablespoons of oil, we can also add melted butter and mix well.
- Seguidamente añadimos la mezcla para cachapas y mezclar hasta que la masa este suave, dejar reposar 5 minutos.
Then add the cachapas mixture and mix until the dough is smooth, let stand for 5 minutes.
- En un sarten agregamos una gota de aceite y cuando este caliente agregamos una cucharada de mezcla, luego volteamos, esto lo haremos a fuego medio.
In a frying pan add a drop of oil and when it is hot add a spoonful of mixture, then turn over medium heat.
Ready my cachapas, stuffed with cheese and avocado. Nothing better than enjoying one of your favorite meals, and if it is in the company of important and special people, it is super.
