Hoy me complace en presentar una receta fácil de unas deliciosas torticas de atún, para mi cena. El atún es rico en ácidos grasos Omega-3 que se encuentran en él de forma natural, y que son esenciales para el desarrollo del organismo, ya que contribuyen a regular los niveles de colesterol y triglicéridos en nuestra sangre.

Today I am pleased to present an easy recipe for some delicious tuna tortillas, for my dinner. Tuna is rich in Omega-3 fatty acids that are found in it naturally, and are essential for the development of the body, as they help regulate cholesterol and triglyceride levels in our blood.

Ingredientes| Ingredients

• 1 lata de atún

• 2 huevos

• 1 cebolla

• Peregil

• 1 taza de leche

• 1 taza de pan rayado

• Sal, pimienta y cúrcuma al gusto

• 1 can of tuna

• 2 eggs

• 1 onion

• Parsley

• 1 cup of milk

• 1 cup of bread crumbs

• Salt, pepper and turmeric to taste

Paso a paso| Step by step.

1.- Primero pique la cebolla y el perejil y los agregue en un sarten con poco aceite, para dorarlos.

2.- En un recipiente grande agregar el atún escurrido y echar la cebolla el perejil y los dos huevos.

3.- Ahora agregar la pimienta salsa inglesa y un toque de cúrcuma.

4.- Seguidamente agregar la leche y el pan rayado, mezclar muy bien,para que se unan todos los ingredientes de las croquetas de atún caseras.

5.- En un sarten con poca aceite colocas la mezcla, luego voltear y retíralasen un plato de una servilleta adsorbente. Si prefieres usa mas aceite.
