¡Saludos estimados amigos!, para hoy les tengo esta merienda. Muchos se acordarán de aquellas deliciosas barras de coco que llamaban "Prestigio"; aquí realicé algo parecido, muy fácil de hacer y sabroso. Con sólo 4 ingredientes quedó muy bien, la combinación del coco con el chocolate e magnifico. Se las recomiendo hacer, a los niños les encantará. ¡Que lo disfruten!.

- 1 coco, 100 grs de chocolate bitter, 4 cucharadas de leche condensada, 1 lámina de papel aluminio, 1 taza de agua.
- 1 coconut, 100 grams of bitter chocolate, 4 tablespoons of condensed milk, 1 sheet of aluminum foil, 1 cup of water.

- Sacar la pulpa del coco y cortar en cuadritos.

- Una manera de extraer la pulpa del coco fácilmente,es colocarlo en la hornilla de la cocina para que reciba calor, luego con la punta del cuchillo lo levantamos y se saca muy fácil.

- Licuar el coco con una taza de agua, colar y escurrir bien.
- Blend the coconut with a cup of water, strain and drain well.
- Agregar la leche condensada y mezclamos.

- Colocamos la mezcla en papel aluminio y envolver, asegurando los extremos.

- Congelamos las barras de coco.

- Derretir el chocolate en baño de María.
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
- Cuando las barras de coco estén completamente congeladas, las colocamos en papel encerado y cubrimos con el chocolate derretido, llevamos a refrigerar para que endurezca el chocolate.
- When the coconut bars are completely frozen, we place them on waxed paper and cover with the melted chocolate, we take to refrigerate so that the chocolate hardens .
