It's already the weekend! Today I made a lunch that had a long time to go, very cheap, easy to make and very tasty. I prepared some "Tripe with Potatoes and carrot"; I used few ingredients and it was delicious. Here is my recipe, I hope you like it.
INGREDIENTES / INGREDIENTS: 🥔🍅🥕🌶
- 1/4 kilo de callos, 4 papas, 2 zanahorias, 1 cebolla, 2 tomates maduros, 3 ajíes dulces, cebollín, vainitas, ajo en polvo, aceite, sal al gusto, 1 limón.
- 1/4 kilo of tripe, 4 potatoes, 2 carrots, 1 onion, 2 ripe tomatoes, 3 sweet peppers, chives, green beans, garlic powder, oil, salt to taste, 1 lemon.
PREPARACIÓN / PREPARATION: 🍲
- En una olla con agua sancochamos los callos por 30 min, retiramos del fuego, colamos, limpiamos y cortamos en trozos pequeños.
- In a pot with water, boil the tripe for 30 min, remove from the heat, strain, clean and cut into small pieces.
- Corté finamente el cebollín y la cebolla.
- I finely chopped the chives and onion.
- En un sartén se le agrega un poquito de aceite, ponemos a calentar y agregamos la cebolla cortada y el cebollín.
- In a frying pan add a little oil, heat it up and add the chopped onion and chives.
- Añadimos los callos al caldero, cortamos en cuadritos los tomates y agregamos.
- We add the tripe to the cauldron, dice the tomatoes and add.
- Agregamos las vainitas lavadas y cortadas previamente.
- Add the washed and previously cut green beans.
- Cortamos las papas y agregamos.
- We cut the potatoes and add.
- Vamos mezclando todo y añadimos las zanahorias cortadas en rodajas.
- We are mixing everything and we add the carrots cut into slices.
- Agregamos el ajo en polvo y la sal al gusto.
- Add the garlic powder and salt to taste.
- Sofreímos todo y agregamos cuatro tazas de agua, tapamos y dejamos que se vaya cocinando todo por 20 min.
- We fry everything and add four cups of water, cover and let everything cook for 20 min.
- El olor sabroso está en el ambiente de la casa, probamos los callos si están blandos, apagamos y dejamos reposar.
- The tasty smell is in the atmosphere of the house, we taste the tripe if they are soft, we turn it off and let it rest.
- Servimos con limón (opcional).
- We serve with lemon (optional).
