Si, así como se los digo, ¡un ceviche muy a la venezolana!, hay que inventar para variar y sorprender. con ingredientes básicos se puede crear un delicioso y practico menú para la familia o invitados, sobretodo en estas fechas de reuniones sacan de un apuro y la preparación es muy fácil y sencilla.

- 200 gramos de chicharrón, 1/2 cebolla morada, 1 tomate rojo, 1 trocito de pimentón rojo, 1 ramita de cebollin, 1 ramita de perejil, 1 ramita de celery, 2 dientes de ajo, 2 ajíes dulces, 1 cucharada de ketchup, 1 cucharada de mostaza, 1 cucharada de aceite, 1 cucharada de vinagre, 1/2 cucharadita de pimienta negra, 1 limón, 1 aguacate maduro, 1/2 taza de maíz dulce.
- 200 grams of pork rind, 1/2 red onion, 1 red tomato, 1 small piece of red bell pepper, 1 sprig of chives, 1 sprig of parsley, 1 sprig of celery, 2 garlic cloves, 2 sweet peppers, 1 tablespoon of ketchup, 1 tablespoon of mustard, 1 tablespoon of oil, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 lemon, 1 ripe avocado , 1/2 cup sweet corn.

- Cortar finamente el perejil y celery, junto con el cebollin y tomate.
- Finely chop the parsley and celery, along with the chives and tomato.
- De igual manera cortar en cuadritos el pimentón y los ajíes.

- Colocar todo lo anteriormente picado en un bol y agregar el maíz dulce.

- Cortar los dientes de ajo finamente y la cebolla morada y añadir al bol.
