¡Un gran saludo estimados amigos!. Aquí estoy mostrando mi nueva receta, un puré de yuca con chuleta de cerdo muy sabrosa y condimentada; como saben realizo recetas para todos los gustos y aquí les muestro mi preparación de esta combinación de sabores para un delicioso almuerzo. Espero les guste y como siempre ¡buen provecho!.
Greetings dear friends! Here I am showing my new recipe, a very tasty and seasoned mashed cassava with pork chop; As you know, I make recipes for all tastes and here I show you my preparation of this combination of flavors for a delicious lunch. I hope you like it and as always, enjoy your meal!.

Ingredientes / Ingredients: 🔪


- 2 chuletas de cerdo, 1/2 kilo de yuca, 2 ajíes rojos, 4 dientes de ajo, 1 cucharadita de sal, 1 cucharadita de comino, 1 cucharadita de romero, 1 cucharadita de orégano, 1 cucharada de aceite.
- 2 pork chops, 1.10 lbs of cassava, 2 red chili peppers, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon rosemary, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 tablespoon oil.

Preparación / Preparation: 🍳


- Lavar, pelar y llevar al fuego la yuca pelada hasta que esté blanda, le agregamos sal al agua.
- Wash, peel and heat the peeled Cassava until soft, add salt to the water.

- Hacer un puré con el tenedor.
- Puree with fork.

- Cortar finamente el cilantro y los ajíes dulces.
- Finely chop the coriander and sweet peppers.

- Los agregamos al puré, mezclamos bien y reservamos.
- We add them to the puree, mix well and reserve.

- Calentar el sartén con 1 cucharada de aceite y colocar las chuletas.
- Heat the pan with 1 tablespoon of oil and place the chops.

- Dejamos dorar por ambos y lados.
- Let them brown on both sides.

- Picamos finamente los dientes de ajo y los mezclamos con el comino, romero y el orégano.
- Finely chop the garlic cloves and mix them with the cumin, rosemary and oregano.

- Se lo añadimos a las chuletas y tapamos.
- We add it to the chops and cover.

- Dejamos a fuego lento por 30 minutos, para que las especies y el ajo aromaticen.
- Simmer for 30 minutes, so that the spices and garlic aromatize.

De nada amiga, aquí tienes esta rica idea, en vez de hacerla de papas, la haces de yuca y de verdad te va a quedar muy sabrosa. Feliz tarde.

I can smell it from here by just looking the amount of garlic it has. I'm so curious about that melted cassava never tried it. This is bookmarked!

This food was very tasty, the combination of garlic, rosemary and oregano is delicious, the smell is of a restaurant, I can assure you that you will like to eat. The puree cassava with coriander and sweet pepper is very tasty, similar to puree potatoes. Thank you very much for your comment @itinerantph
