¡Feliz domingo estimados amigos de Hive!, hoy les presento este sabroso aperitivo, una manera diferente y muy divertida forma de comer pizza. Hoy domingo se me antojó hacer algo diferente para comer en familia y preparado de otra manera. ¡Espero les guste!, y sigan la receta.
Happy Sunday dear friends of Hive! Today I present this tasty snack, a different and very fun way to eat pizza. Today Sunday I wanted to do something different to eat as a family and prepared differently. I hope you like it !, and follow the recipe.
Ingredientes (para 4 conos):
- 1 taza de harina todo uso, 1 cucharadita de azúcar, 1 pizca de sal, 1 cucharadita de margarina, 3 cucharadas de agua tibia, 1 cebolla pequeña, 1 pimentón pequeño, 2 tiras de tocineta, 50 gramos de peperoni, 1 cucharadita de orégano, 1 cucharadita de pasta de tomate, 1 taza de queso (mozarella o blanco).
Ingredients (for 4 cones):
- 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon of margarine, 3 tablespoons of warm water, 1 small onion, 1 small paprika, 2 strips of bacon, 50 grams of pepperoni, 1 teaspoon of oregano, 1 teaspoon of tomato paste, 1 cup of cheese (mozarella or white).
Preparación:
Paso 1.
- Colocar el agua tibia con el azúcar y agregamos la levadura y dejamos reposar por 30 minutos.
- Luego vamos agregando la harina y amasamos hasta formar una bola que no se nos pegue de las manos; la dejamos reposar por una hora.

- Then we add the flour and knead until it forms a ball that does not stick to our hands; We let it rest for an hour.
Paso 2.
- Mientras vamos cortando la cebolla, pimentón, tocineta y peperoni; agregamos aceite al sartén y sofreímos con una cucharada de pasta de tomate y orégano.
Step 2.
- While we are cutting the onion, paprika, bacon and pepperoni; add oil to the pan and fry with a tablespoon of tomato paste and oregano.
Paso 3.
- Existen en el mercado los conos hechos, pero si no los compras, se pueden hacer con cartón y papel aluminio; dibujas una circunferencia con un plato y cortas en cuatro partes iguales, luego los forras con papel aluminio. Sino tienes papel aluminio puedes utilizar el que viene en la cubierta de los envases plásticos de margarina.
- Transcurrido el tiempo de la masa, la extendemos con la ayuda del rodillo.
- Las cortamos del mismo tamaño del molde de los conos, luego forramos los conos con cartón y horneamos boca abajo por diez minutos.
- Sacamos el molde con cuidado y rellenamos con el guiso y el queso, y horneados parados por 5 minutos más.
Step 3.
- There are cones made on the market, but if you don't buy them, they can be made with cardboard and aluminum foil; you draw a circle with a plate and cut into four equal parts, then line them with aluminum foil. If you do not have aluminum foil, you can use the one that comes in the cover of the plastic margarine containers.
- After the time of the dough, we extend it with the help of the roller.
- Cut them to the same size as the mold of the cones, then line the cones with cardboard and bake upside down for ten minutes.
Carefully remove the mold and fill with the stew and cheese, and bake for 5 minutes more.
