Greetings dear friends! For today I made some very tasty spaghetti. Spaghetti can be eaten however you like, it is quick, easy to make, and very tasty. With a sauce they are delicious and for today I prepared them with fresh fish, a delicious meal for a good family lunch. I hope you like it!.
INGREDIENTES / INGREDIENTS: 🍅🥕🌶🐟
- 1/2 kilo de espaguetis, 1/2 kilo de pescado (atún, jurel, bagre), 1 cebolla grande, 2 tomates grandes maduros, 1 zanahoria, 3 ajíes dulces, 1/4 repollo, orégano, cúrcuma, 5 granos de ajo, sal al gusto, sabroseador, albahaca, aceite, agua.
- 1.10 lbs of spaghetti, 1.10 lbs of fish (tuna, horse mackerel, catfish), 1 large onion, 2 large ripe tomatoes, 1 carrot, 3 sweet peppers, 1/4 cabbage, oregano, turmeric, 5 grains of garlic, salt to taste, flavoring, basil, oil, water.
PREPARACIÓN / PREPARATION: 🍜
- En un sartén se agrega un poco de aceite y se calienta a fuego medio, cortamos los ajos y la cebolla en cuadritos y añadimos, mezclamos y vamos sofriendo.
- In a frying pan add a little oil and heat over medium heat, cut the garlic and onion into squares and add, mix and fry.
- Cortamos los ajíes y repollo.
- We cut the peppers and cabbage.
- Rallamos los tomates y zanahoria.
- We grate the tomatoes and carrots.
- Agregamos al sofrito y mezclamos.
- Add to the sauce and mix.
- Agregamos el orégano y albahaca al sofrito.
- We add the oregano and basil to the sauce.
- En una olla agregamos agua y sal, añadimos el pescado a sancochar por 15 minutos.
- In a pot we add water and salt, we add the fish to boil for 15 minutes.
- Apagamos y retiramos el pescado sancochado.
- We turn off and remove the parboiled fish.
- Desmenuzamos muy bien, quitamos las espinas que tengan y la piel.
- We crumble very well, we remove the thorns that they have and the skin.
- Añadimos al sofrito y agregamos 2 tazas del caldo de pescado donde lo sancochamos.
- We add to the sauce and add 2 cups of the fish stock where we boil it.
- Vamos mezclando y agregamos la cúrcuma, sabroseador y sal al gusto y mezclamos muy bien, tapamos a fuego medio por 5 min.
- We mix and add the turmeric, flavor and salt to taste and mix very well, cover over medium heat for 5 min.
- Añadimos más albahaca fresca cortadita, un olor muy sabroso esta por toda la casa, ¡Huele a salsa de pescado!.
- We add more fresh cut basil, a very tasty smell is all over the house, it smells like fish sauce!
- Tapamos y apagamos la cocina.
- We cover and turn off the kitchen.
- En la misma olla donde se sancocho el pescado, hacemos los espaguetis, calentamos la olla y al hervir agregamos la pasta y dejamos cocer por 15 minutos, apagamos y colamos.
- In the same pot where the fish is parboiled, we make the spaghetti, heat the pot and when boiling we add the pasta and let it cook for 15 minutes, turn off and strain.
