¡Saludos mis estimados amigos!. Aquí les presento esta sana, sabrosa y muy nutritivas "Hamburguesas Vegetarianas", que hice para almorzar. Los que ya me conocen, saben que me gusta cocinar para todos los gustos, así que hoy les toca a los vegetarianos con esta deliciosa receta, una preparación fácil y sencilla, pero con un aporte nutricional para la salud. Espero les guste y disfruten de mi nueva receta.

Those who already know me, know that I like to cook for all tastes, so today it is the turn of vegetarians with this delicious recipe, an easy and simple preparation, but with a nutritional contribution for health. - 1 calabacin, 1 ñame, 1 zanahoria, 1 huevo, 3 ajíes dulces, 1 cebolla, ramitas de cilantro, 1/2 taza de pan rallado, 1 cucharada de sal, 2 cucharadas de aceite.
- 1 zucchini, 1 yam, 1 carrot, 1 egg, 3 sweet peppers, 1 onion, coriander sprigs, 1/2 cup of bread grated, 1 tablespoon salt, 2 tablespoons oil.

- Rallar el calabacín.
- Grate the zucchini.
- Rallar la zanahoria.
- Grate the carrot.
- Pelar y rallar el ñame.
- Peel and grate the yam.
- Unirlos y mezclarlos bien con la sal.
- Join them and mix them well with the salt.
- Añadir el huevo y mezclar.
- Add the egg and mix.
- Incorporar el pan rallado y mezclar.
- Incorporate the breadcrumbs and mix.
- Cortar en trocitos los aliños.
- Cut the dressings into small pieces.
- Mezclamos de nuevo.
- We mix everything again.
- Calentar el sartén con poco aceite y colocar las hamburguesas.
- Heat the pan with little oil and place the hamburgers.
- Dejamos dorar por ambos lados.
- Let them brown on both sides.
