- 1 pescado lebranche sin la cola ni la cabeza, 1 taza de harina de trigo, 4 papas, 1 tomate, 1 cebolla, 1 manojo de vainitas, 1 zanahoria, 1 pepino, 1/2 repollo, 2 limones, mayonesa, aceite, sal al gusto.
- 1 lebranche mullet fish without tail and head, 1 cup of wheat flour, 4 potatoes, 1 tomato, 1 onion, 1 bunch of string beans, 1 carrot, 1 cucumber, 1/2 cabbage, 2 lemons, mayonnaise, oil, salt to taste.

- Lavamos, cortamos en rodajas y frotamos con sal al gusto.
- Wash, cut into slices and rub with salt to taste.
- Les agregamos harina de trigo y cubrimos el pescado.

- En un sartén con suficiente aceite calentamos a fuego medio y colocamos los trozos de pescado a freír.

- Lavamos y cortamos en trozos el repollo, las vainitas, las papas las cortamos a la mitad.

- En una olla con suficiente agua colocamos las vainitas, repollo y papas y hervimos hasta que estén blandas, colamos y reservamos.

- Lavamos y cortamos en rodajas la cebolla, tomate, el pepino en trozos y rallamos la zanahoria.

- En un platón ligamos los vegetales, añadimos la mayonesa al gusto y la sal, mezclamos.
