¡Saludos estimados amigos!. Para hoy hice un pollo con papitas, quedan exactamente igual como si fuera con aceite, se puede hacer pescado, arroz, carnes, galletas. Hoy me siento como niña con juguete nuevo, y quiero compartir con ustedes mi alegría. ¡Al fin! Pude comprar la freidora de aire, es de lo más práctica, rápida y se puede y lo mejor de todo es que no se utiliza aceite. Acompañé el pollo con una ensalada de repollo y zanahoria. Cada día la tecnología nos sorprende cada vez más. Espero les guste.

- 2 papas medianas, 200 grs de repollo, 2 zanahorias pequeñas, 1 ramito de cebollín, 1 ramito de cilantro, sal al gusto, 4 medallones de pollo.
- 2 medium potatoes, 200 grams of cabbage, 2 small carrots, 1 sprig of chives, 1 sprig of coriander, salt to taste, 4 medallions chicken.

- Coloque los medallones en la cesta de la freidora de aire, la cierras y el marcador digital te indica el tiempo de cocción, para el pollo son 15 minutos. Se apaga al transcurrir el tiempo seleccionado.

- El pollo quedó completamente cocido y doradito.

- A las papas le quite la concha.

- Acompañé el plato con una ensalada de repollo. Pase el repollo por agua caliente. Corté el repollo en tiritas.

- Corté el cilantro y cebollín finamente.
- I cut the coriander and chives finely.
- Mezclé todo los ingredientes de la ensalada y sazone con sal al gusto.

- Serví el medallón de pollo con las papitas y la ensalada.

Me parece súper versátil y útil, además, los resultados obtenidos son muy similares a los que logras con el uso de gas doméstico convencional. Es muy buena la freidora de aire, por fin la compré como ayudante de cocina, y si es verdad la comida queda mucho más sana porque no necesitas usar aceite y te ayuda cuando o hay gas y usar leña, buscando mejorar amiga, muchas gracias y te envío bendiciones, que estés bien.
