Esta receta de la llamada "tortilla francesa" u "omelette", la quería hacer desde hace tiempo, y de verdad me quedo muy sabrosa, la recomiendo hacer, ya que la combinación de los huevos con el jamón, espinaca y queso es insuperable. - 2 huevos, 100 gramos de jamón en cuadritos, 100 gramos queso en cuadritos, 2 cucharadas de aceite, 2 cucharadas de leche líquida, 1 ramita de cebollín, 2 ramitas de espinacas, sal al gusto.
- 2 eggs, 100 grams of diced ham, 100 grams of diced cheese, 2 tablespoons of oil, 2 tablespoons of liquid milk, 1 sprig chives, 2 sprigs of spinach, salt to taste.
