- 1 plátano maduro, 1 taza de harina de trigo todo uso, 1 huevo, 100 gramos de queso blanco duro, 1 vaso de agua.
- 1 ripe plantain, 1 cup of all-purpose wheat flour, 1 egg, 100 grams of hard white cheese, 1 glass of water.

- Quitar la concha al plátano y cortarlo en rodajas.

- Hornear por 15 minutos.
