Am Freitag war es endlich soweit:
Der BTC Hodler und einige Extras sind angekommen!!
Dem ganzen ist aber eine Odysee vorangegangen,
da es scheinbar bei UPS BTC Lovers oder BTC Hodler gibt.
Ich hatte nach einem post von @eikejanssen mir im Shop von

gleich so einen Little Hodler plus einige Extras bestellt, das war am 26.2., und bekam bereits 2 Tage später eine Benachrichtung das mein Paket seitens UPS am Mittwoch zwischen 11.30 und 12.30 zugestellt werde. So wartete ich, an jenem Tag, dann den nächsten Tag, und viele weitere... aber da kam nix!
So versuchte ich Kontakt mit UPS aufzunehmen, Vergiss es, sogut wie unmöglich!! So kontaktierte ich den Shop, worauf sich dann, oh wunder UPS bei mir meldete, (aber nur einmal!!) mit dem Versprechen, dass sie sich nochmals melden würden, was bis heute nicht mehr geschah....
So kontaktierte ich abermals den Shop, mit dem Verlangen, dass ich mein Geld wieder bekommen möchte, da die bezahlte Ware mich nicht erreichte, sondern irgendwo im Verteiler Zentrum von UPS Wundschuh verschwunden ist!
Also ein Versicherungsfall für den Shop, die mir zurückschrieben das sie als KULANZ mir eine weitere Sendung senden würden, wenn ich das noch möchte!
Hier stimmte ich zu und innerhalb drei Tagen war dan die Ersatzlieferung da, die wie gesagt als KULANZ gesendet wurde, wobei häää KULANZ, UPS ist noch immer am Nachforschen, und wie gesagt wird es wahrscheinlich die Versicherung von UPS übernehmen müssen.
Detail am Rande: die 2.te Lieferung war auch von UPS!! Sehr "Mutig" vom Shop Betreiber den selben Paket Dienstleister zu beauftragen....

Wie siehts aus, wie ist eure Erfahrung mit den unterschiedlichen Paket Diensten?? Da ich selber mal, eine Zeit lang im selben Gewerbe mal tätig war, hauptsächlich Stück Gut Verkehr, sehe ich das als Einzel Fall an und hoffe, dass es dem Little Hodler gut geht, und nicht irgendwo im hinterem Teil eines Regales verkümmert....

Hab über 260.- ausgegeben, hätte im normalpreis über 430.- ausgemacht...

UPS ist wirklich schrecklich auch der Dienstleister GLS ist nicht besser. Mit DHL der Post und Hermes hatte ich noch nie Probleme.
Hab da die gleiche Erfahrung gemacht!!
Man kann über Amazon schimpfen was man will,
aber der Lieferdienst und Support, fast schon einzigartig!
