A vampire hunter Bud Jablonski (Jamie Foxx) based in Los Angeles. He's been in the business for years, and he's good at what he does. Bud is a no-nonsense kind of guy. He's all business when it comes to hunting vampires. But he's also a bit of a jokester. He likes to keep things light and has a great sense of humor.
But times have been tough lately, and he's struggled to make ends meet. His son's tuition and braces are due, and he's got just one week to come up with the cash. He's got to take whatever job comes his way, even if it might just kill him.
The film's opening scenes are particularly impressive, as they set the stage for the rest of the movie's high-octane action. We are quickly introduced to the film, and are quickly thrown into the thick of the action. From there, the film never lets up, as Jamie Foxx and his ragtag group of vampire hunters do battle with an ever-growing horde.
Day Shift is a fun, action-packed that is sure to keep you entertained. J.J. Perry does a great job of directing this film and the cast is great. If you're looking for a good laugh, then this is the movie for you.

Loved this movie. The cast was a great bunch. Franco was my favorite and not was he hilarious.
