For this contest, I want to bring you a film that stands out among all the productions in which she have participated throughout her career as an actress, it is one of my favorite works where she takes on a large part of relevance within the story and does it as few actresses manage to do it.
Para este concurso, les quiero traer una película que resalta entre toda las producciones en las cuales han participado a lo largo de su trayectoria como actriz, es uno de mis trabajos favoritos donde ella toma gran parte de relevancia dentro de la historia y lo hace como pocas actrices logran hacerlo.

"The Blind Side" is an excellent movie if, like me, you are a fan of movies based on true events and that are also made with such care that you feel as part of it as this movie does. Every time it's on TV, whether it's already started or is about to end, I leave it to watch it because it really is one of my favorite movies that she's in.
"The Blind Side" es una excelente película si como yo eres aficionado a las películas basadas en hechos reales y que además están hechas con tanto esmero que te han sentir parte de ella como lo hace esta película. Cada vez que la transmiten en TV, aunque ya haya comenzado o esté a punto de culminar, la dejo para verla porque realmente es una de mis películas favoritas en donde ella actua.
I remember the year it came out and all the hype around her performance and the movie. As soon as I saw her I was quite amazed by several things, including the story they narrated and the very special performance that Bullock gave, although I knew about her level of actress in other types of films, seeing her take such a complex role like this one, allowed me to see a facet of his work that I had not seen until then.
Recuerdo el año en el que salió y todo el alboroto que se creó a cerca de su actuación y la película. Apenas la vi quedé bastante asombrado por varias cosas, entre ellas la historia que narraban y la actuación tan especial que realizó Bullock, aunque sabía sobre su nivel de actriz en otros tipos de película, verla tomar un papel tan complejo como éste, me permitió ver una faceta de su trabajo que no había visto hasta ese momento.

The way she approached the character was incredible. Believing that we could pigeonhole the character she played for being a white woman with money and a "perfect" family at first sight was my first mistake, there I thought that the film was going to be somewhat monotonous, but seeing that little by little it was becoming knocked that main idea out of my head, i could see the beauty of her character and sympathize with her story
La manera en la que abordó el personaje fue increíble. Creer que podíamos encasillar al personaje que interpretó por ser una mujer blanca con dinero y una familia a simple vista "perfecta" fue mi primer error, ahí creí que la película iba a ser un tanto monótona, pero al ver que poco a poco iba siendo derribada esa idea principal de mi cabeza, pude ver la belleza de su personaje y simpatizar con su historia.
What he brought to the character with her performance I think was the honesty with which she did it. It was felt that it was from a place of pure sincerity, in the story she adopts this young boy and introduces him into her family and in her real life she also adopted a boy and a girl shortly after this movie was released. She was the perfect candidate because she knew what she was getting into; she would not have been the same and gotten to where she got from her if she had cast another actress for this role.
Lo que le aportó al personaje con su actuación creo que fue la honestidad con la que lo hizo. Se sintió que fue desde un lugar de sinceridad pura, en la historia ella adopta a este joven muchacho y lo introduce en su familia y en su vida real ella también adoptó a un niño y una niña poco después de esta película ser estrenada. Fue la candidata perfecta porque sabía bien en donde se estaba metiendo; no habría sido igual y llegado a donde de llegó de haber tomado a otra actriz para este papel.
In particular, her performance moved a sensitive fiber in me, knowing that there are people in the world who are capable of doing this type of act that for some may be crazy, is admirable. Although I have not adopted any child in my life, I hope one day to be able to do so, if it is God's will, because it is true that there are many children and adolescents who do not have a home to go to, or a family to embrace because they have been abandoned for different reasons, one of the lessons of the film for me is that we must reach out to whoever we can and as much as we can, without expecting anything in return because even if it seems that we are the ones who are helping, we will be we who are helped in the midst of our help.
Particularmente su actuación movió una fibra sensible en mi, saber que hay personas en el mundo que son capaces de hacer este tipo de actos que para algunos tal vez sean una locura, es admirable. Aunque no he adoptado a ningún niño o niña en mi vida, espero algún día poder hacerlo, si es la voluntad de Dios, porque es cierto eso de que hay muchos niños, niñas y adolescentes que no tienen un hogar a donde ir, o una familia a quien abrazar porque han sido abandonados por diferentes motivos, una de las lecciones del film para mi es que debemos extender la mano a quienes podamos y cuanto podamos, sin esperar nada a cambio porque aunque parezca que somos nosotros los que estamos ayudando, seremos nosotros quienes seamos ayudados en medio de nuestra ayuda.

Es una historia increíble con una actuación que le valió un Oscar a Sandra Bullock, un trabajo conmovedor pero bastante complejo por el nivel de capas que iba mostrando durante todo el film y el desarrollo que iba sucediendo progresivamente hasta llegar al cambio de persona que era al inicio del film.

He visto los trailers pero no me he puesto a verla. Es un drama, una faceta que encara muy tambien Sandra Bullock. Esta película tiene un gran mensaje y es muy emotivo por lo poco que pude leer sobre ella.
Lo es, es todo un drama con momentos llenos de actuaciones geniales no solo por parte de Sandra sino de el elenco entero. Aparta un tiempo en algún momento para que puedas verla, valdrá la pena.
